The sessions can be done physically(in-person) or virtually through tele-counselling or video link. Individual counselling is suitable for clients who wish to deal with any social, psychological, or emotional issues of concern to the client. The client may also not have an issue per se but simply want to improve themselves for the better. The latter falls under personal growth and development. The client may also be seeking mentorship and coaching so that they can acquire certain vital skills to them. At Shalom Counselling, our program caters for all that.
